The Doha Institute for Graduate Studies teaches the social sciences, humanities, public administration, and development economics. It runs master’s and doctoral programs and admits students from Qatar and abroad.

Qatari students who are not sponsored by a government body or employer get a full tuition waiver. Resident students get a partial waiver, from 10% to 100%, based on financial need.
The Institute offers master’s programs across its schools of social sciences and humanities, and public administration and development economics. Fields include political science, international relations, public policy, development economics, sociology, philosophy, history, media and cultural studies, and psychology.
