The Commonwealth Master’s and PhD Scholarships 2027–28 fund eligible Pakistani and AJ&K students for postgraduate study at a UK university. The award is meant for strong applicants who would not otherwise be able to afford full-time study in the United Kingdom.
Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission is the national nominating agency. You must follow the HEC process as well as the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission instructions.
