This scholarship is for first-time Sciences Po applicants whose household does not file taxes in the European Union. You apply for the scholarship inside your Sciences Po admission application.

Sciences Po created this scholarship for strong international applicants who cannot use the financial support available to European students. It is linked directly to admission. You cannot apply for it after Sciences Po has already admitted you.
The selection team looks at the academic strength and overall quality of your admission file. Your grades matter, but so do the choices you have made, the work you have done, and the way your application explains your plans.
This is mainly a tuition scholarship. Do not write that flights, housing, food or visa costs are covered unless Sciences Po confirms that separately in your award.
Sciences Po looks at your parents’ tax residence, not only where you live. If your parents file taxes in the EU, you will normally not qualify. If your situation is different because you are financially independent, read the university’s rules carefully and provide the evidence it asks for.
No. This is the mistake to avoid. You must request the scholarship in the “Financial information” section before you submit your Sciences Po application. A late scholarship request will not be accepted.
For Master’s applicants, the listed scholarship deadlines are 18 October 2026 for the first committee or 29 November 2026 for the second committee. International undergraduate applicants have until 13 January 2027.
Use the deadline shown inside your own application portal, because programme and time-zone requirements can differ.
