The IRENA Youth Forum 2027 is a fully funded gathering of young renewable energy leaders in Abu Dhabi. It runs for eight days, from 6 to 13 January 2027, held alongside the IRENA Assembly.
It is open to young people worldwide, aged 18 to 35. For those selected, IRENA covers the cost of taking part, so you attend without paying your own way.

What is the IRENA Youth Forum?
IRENA is the International Renewable Energy Agency, a body of over 160 member countries working on clean energy. Each year it holds a big Assembly in Abu Dhabi, and the Youth Forum runs beside it. It brings young people into the room where energy decisions are discussed, with workshops, talks, and networking with leaders in the field.
