What is the CrossCulture Programme?

The CCP connects civil society professionals across borders. Fellows join a host organisation in their field, share their own knowledge and regional experience, and take new skills and contacts back to their home organisation.

Alongside the placement, fellows join a three to four-day transcultural workshop, networking events and professional development sessions, and become part of the CCP alumni network. The 2027 fellowships are on-site, with a digital option in some cases. The programme runs from May to November 2027.
